Jira Project configuration

  1. Create or use an existing Company-managed Jira project. Team-managed projects are not currently supported.
  2. Go to Project settings -> Layout and add the Celonis Process Management Link attribute to the Issue types you want to synchronize with Celonis Process Management.

  3. Add the “Sybmio Link” attribute. screen
  4. Go to Project settings --> Apps --> Celonis Process Management Connector .

You can configure the synchronization directions:

  • Celonis Process Management --> Jira: Activates the option to manually trigger Celonis Process Management Requirements to Jira Issues.
  • Jira --> Celonis Process Management: Activates the automatically updated Celonis Process Management requirements after changing the configured Jira Issues.
  • Domain: You must select one Celonis Process Management domain to store the synchronized objects.
  • Jira Issue Type: Configure which Jira Issue Type you want to synchronize.
  • Celonis Process Management Stereotype: You can optionally configure Celonis Process Management so that only the selected stereotypes are configured.
