Celonis Process Knowledge

Term Description
Knowledge Model (KM) The process context semantics. It is a collection of reusable knowledge entities on top of a business process defining a use case. Refer to Celonis Documentation.
KM Record A use-case specific data structure, which may be an extension of an object with application specific fields - aka calculated attributes, a combination of more than one object or an aggregation over some business dimensions. Refer to Celonis Documentation.

KM Key Performance Indicator (KPI) A quantifiable measure of performance over time for a specific business objective. Refer to Celonis Documentation.
