Using the pull function of the Celonis Process Mining Connector

Prerequisites for the Celonis Process Mining Connector

  • The microservice must be accessible.
  • The configured external system must be connected to the storage where the system will be used.
  • A valid Celonis API Key should have been set.

Once all the prerequisites above have been met, you can pull processes from Celonis into Celonis Process Management or update existing processes.

Open the service

  1. Log in to Celonis Process Management.
  2. Navigate to the Storage Collection and Storage for which you activated the service.
  3. Click the Processes menu on the main navigation bar.
  4. Select or create a subprocess or scenario.
  5. Click the Services option in the toolbar select services
  6. Click Pull from Celonis Team "Celonis Process Mining Connector" .

Usage of the pull function

If the dialog is loaded successfully, your view should look similar to this: pull dialog You can now select the processes you want to transfer into Celonis Process Management:

  1. Use the Celonis Categories dropdown to select the processes you want to transfer into Celonis Process Management.
  2. Based on your selections, the selected processes will be loaded in the Celonis Processes field.
    • Note that it is possible to select multiple processes from the same category simultaniously.
  3. Once you have selected the processes you wish to import, click Pull selected Processes button.
  4. The service will start importing the processes from Celonis into Celonis Process Management.
  5. Once the import is finished, a green notification will display in the upper right corner. After closing the dialog, you can find the imported processes in the selected subprocess or scenario. pull processes result
